How To Book



Online Select a show either from the ‘WHAT'S ON’ section or in the Events Calendar then click on the ‘Book Now’ button next to the performance you are interested in. You have the option of picking your own seats from a live seating plan (please note this is a two-dimensional representation of the theatre and not to scale if you are unsure of the view from any seats please contact box office for further information). Specify any discounts that may be applicable. We accept payment by all major credit cards for online bookings. Secure ticketing is open 24 hours a day.

By Post Send a cheque payable to Leeds Grand Theatre or credit/debit card information including the full account number, expiry date, start date and issue number where applicable. State the performance you wish to attend, the amount of tickets and any concessions along with a daytime contact telephone number to:

Please enclose an S.A.E and add a £2 booking fee to the total amount.

Concessions Please note that if you are claiming a concession; proof of eligibility must be shown at time of purchase, collection of reserved tickets from Box Office, or if asked for by a member of Front of House staffon taking up your seats. If you are unable to supply proof, entry may be refused, or you will be asked to pay the full amount. to avoid embarrassment to yourself and members of staff, please do not request concessions that you are not entitled to.

Reservations Tickets reserved must be confirmed by payment within two working days or by one hour before the performance, whichever is sooner. For further information please contact the Box Office on 0870 848 2706 or email: boxoffice@leedsgrandtheatre.com 

Delivery Tickets will be sent out by second-class post. If the performance is within the next 5 days tickets will be held at the Box Office and may be collected on presentation of your Debit/Credit Card and a printed copy of the  confirmation e-mail issue at the time you made the booking booking.
